Administrative Assistant


Serena joined the team in July 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenge. She brings with her a diverse administrative background while employed in various fields such as technical services, operations, and billing. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team at Duncan Shoemaker and Associates and our clients. She relocated from Michigan in 2016 and lives locally in San Pedro along with her husband and their two boxer dogs.
